We have maintained a behemoth of a building for years. In January of this year there was a fire in the 3rd floor apartment. The building went from this . . .

and this . . . (nice graffiti, yes? It was done by our kids and the neighborhood kids.)

We live in the blue house next door, and are anticipating many volleyball, soccer and football games in the soon to be grass covered yard.
